Need Help !!! Can't progress story mode (Rydell Ride) can't buy a car(GLITCH)

Sorry to hear about this issue. Can you confirm for me what DLC's you have active? Did you purchase one of the Ultimate editions?

@Stevob  Yes, i've purcharsed the ultimate edition, i'm on ps5 pro if it can help, i can share you a unlisted youtube link of the glitch in action if it could provide you some help please help me ,i'm at my 3rd new game and alway end up at the same problem i've even try offline story mode and alway end up with the same issues :'(
