Im update bios in august ist not problem by bios this is problem gpu used. My gpu rtx 4070ti used 40%. After update 8.1 gpu reduced 40% before is 98% this is problem REDUCED GPU USED!!!!

How sure are you that there is no problem in the bios? Before I returned to the old BIOS, there was 90% CPU usage and 10% GPU usage and the result did not exceed 30-32 fps. I opened this issue the day the update came. Since that day, I have been constantly trying to see if the problem is with us or the game. There is definitely a problem in the game, but I think it is related to the latest bios and probably the patch that Intel released for the 13-14 series. The game does not use the GPU less. Since the CPU becomes bottlenecked due to high usage, the GPU is put under a lot of load and therefore we think that we use the GPU less.
Anyway, if you're happy with it, no problem. It works fine for me now, even better than 8.0.1.

Frankly, I'm not sure there will be a patch. There isn't even an administrator to answer. We also don't know if the developer is aware of the problem.
I think you should try the next bios version of yours. Then check the game and see if there is any improvement, if not try the next one. At least your bios will be up to date even if it's not a game. I don't know how many versions there are between the one you're using now and the latest one.
Before I forget, if u use secure boot the game may ask for activation every time the bios is updated. Because it's such a ridiculous activation system, it assumes the machine has changed. It's like a state secret.
If you see the ea activation box, you can only use it 2 times a day. For the third one you have to wait 24 hours. 3rd one if you enter your username and password correctly, you will receive an incorrect warning. and as you repeat, it counts 24 hours from your last repetition. Please be careful..
Or wait for patch. The choice is yours.
I presented my own solution, but I'm not sure if it will be the same for everyone. Maybe it's specific to my motherboard model. I already mentioned this at the beginning. But it doesn't hurt to try.

This is not a new problem, players have described such problems before, especially at the beginning, after the game's release, even in later versions there were such problems and they were always patched. They know about the problem and I think they will fix it, but probably not before the latest update, the bios and its versions can help at most temporarily because what does the bios have to do with the game. I have the April version and I do not change it, it's just one game, no exaggeration.

You misunderstand me. The issue has nothing to do with the game.
You see we have the same CUP 13700k, similar graphic card, and exact same problem!
I must say this issue is not from the VOL8 update, it's from our newest bios for CUP!!!
All the major motherboard like ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI noticed Intel 13/14 gen CPU problem, and updated their bios to limited cpu power. I'm sure you and people here having same issue must updated the bios, if you downgrade the bios you will see the game runs like before!!
I know EA also has responsiblity to fix it to work with our latest bios for 13/14 cpu, but if you want to play the game recently this seems the only option.
If not, you can wait next Bios update or Vol 9 update.
The latest version of my bios for Asus is from August this year, I have a version from April, so what is the point of downgrading and what is the point of updating if the problem is with the new bios. For a year since I got it, this game worked without a problem and now in version 8.1 it no longer works. The bios is irrelevant here, EA broke something, but what?

I told you we have same CPU, new bios is relevant, at least for this game!! I got my game fixed already and playing like before.
Unfortunately changing the bios to a new one and then downgrading it did nothing, the game works just as badly, I can only wait for some fix unfortunately. Even rolling back to March does nothing. Every game works but unbound works badly, i.e. GPU below 50% and so all the time even after changing shadows. CPU also at 46 - 50%.

No, bios is not the problem. It's the game. Why is there this need to throw smoke bombs when the problem is crystal clear?
There is a user.cfg on internet for the cpu problem. I have 13900k and i set it to 16-24-0-32. It works like charm...
I'm uploading a screenshot from the game, the fps number is the same regardless of the graphics settings I have, strange isn't it?

Your problem is 100% bios. I wrote this before. Because your CPU and GPU usage is extremely low. No matter what setting you change, it won't fix it.
I am currently using the November 2023 bios. Everything is normal. I opened the same topic in Vol 7, but my bios was up to date then. Maybe he had the same situation, but I didn't realize it at the time. The version I am currently using is AD0 and MSI has released 6 bios on top of it. I tried them all one by one. The last time I used it, this game improved 100%, and there was an increase of nearly 10 FPS in other games. The only problem is the shadow problem in this game. On Nvidia cards, 50-60 fps suddenly drops between ultra and high. There is no problem with AMD, 2-3 fps changes. As it should be.
The most current bios is not always the best bios.
I was using the new bios when the last update of this game came, but I didn't think of the bios because there was not much difference in other games. Then, when these Intel problems started to appear on the internet, it came to my mind and I started trying backwards, one by one. FPS started to increase as we went backwards. Last time I came to November 2023 and boom, the game went from 32 fps to 150 fps. CPU and GPU usage returned to normal.
If you have also updated the CPU microcode with the new BIOS, do not return to the old BIOS. But if there is no update in the microcode like me, you can easily return. What do you have to lose by trying?
I have 2 PCs with the same motherboard, one has a 13600k 4060 Ti graphics card and 150 fps at 1080p native resolution, the other has a 12100f and 1660ti, which gets 1080p 80 fps at native resolution. Good luck my friend, I wish you had tried lowering the bios until you had this much trouble. At least you could say you dropped it and it didn't happen. Then I would have accepted that it might be related to my motherboard. That's what I said at the very beginning.
I had no problems with previous updates, only 8.01 finished me off. As for bios, the microcode games have been going on since February, so anyone who had earlier bios and the new ones is able to downgrade, but why, because the game has such a whim? Have you followed the updates in nfs unbound - on average every 1 or 1.5 months new ones come out, we'll wait, I'm in no hurry, there's no point in disassembling the entire computer for one game. But this is not about the bios but about game updates, supposedly a patch has been released that fixes the problem but for now it doesn't update anything for me
