NFS SPEED PASS VOL 9 Complete Edition

Summarize your bug Purchased the NFS Unbound Ultimate collection upgrade (prior to Vol 9 being released). Now I can’t access the volume 9 premium speed pass path in game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the upgrade pack pre vol 9 release and try
What happens when the bug occurs? In speed pass I only get the unlocked rewards. If I try to upgrade to speed pass premium it tells me I can’t as it conflicts with what I have already purchased, the ultimate collection upgrade.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get the premium rewards.

I have tried everything with the PS.

licence is good

software system is good.

safe started the console

signed out and in

console sharing is good.

Sony help line (several times)

EA help line referred me to Sony as I didn’t buy direct from EA, but went through PS store.
