Hey all, we are aware of this issue and are working to get it resolved ASAP.
Once resolved, you will be granted the previous rewards from the Vol 9 Speed pass that you have completed that are showing as locked.
Apologies for this, we will update once it is fixed.

Good morning, the Premium Volume 9 Pass should now be available and installable. Another update went out a couple of hours ago on top of 9.0.2 which should've fixed this.
Go to the In-game store (next to the Story mode, Online tabs on main menu) and the Vol 9 pass should be there and available to install. You may need to restart Unbound once installed.

I can't play the game overall since I have the Ultimate Edition. The premium pass works, but customization in a nutshell doesn't work. I can't buy or sell cars, I can't buy parts, and I can't change clothes; and my earnings are locked behind the bug.
I fixed the problem. I had to get an old save from a week ago and use that from PS+ save cloud. The update corrupts your current save file. Get an old save file and use it.
Hello, I am still suffering from this issue. I just bought the ultimate collection and checked the in-game store but still it asks me to pay for the vol9 premium speed pass. Do you know how to solve it? I am on Playstation. Thank you!
i purchased the ultimate edition a few days ago and im facing the exact same issue. in game store only has the option to purchase the vol 9 pass
