NFS Ultimate Collection Upgrade Not Including Vol 9 Premium Pass

Summarize your bug NFS Ultimate Collection Upgrade Not Including Vol 9 Premium Pass
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By purchasing the Ultimate Collection Upgrade
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not include the Volume 9 premium pass and there's still a price tag on it
What do you expect to see? The bundle's description includes the Vol 9 premium pass, which should be included and unlocked after purchasing it.

I have purchased the ultimate collection upgrade expecting to unlock the premium pass as I am already level 70 but as you can see in the image it’s still locked and I have to purchase it

What you can try, unfortunately this happens often, go to the NFS unbound image, press the options key, and look to see if the check mark for "Game content" is installed! If it is not installed, put the check mark there and start the game!

Not sure if this is the thing you’re saying but I didn’t see Vol 9 premium speed pass included. I attached the images of all the contents and ps store doesn’t say it is purchased.

I’ve been in contact with EA support and PSN but still haven’t resolve this issue. I guess have to wait until new patch update. Hopefully it won’t take that long.

@Hehaihans Any news so far? I contacted both sides as well but basically Sony asks me to wait for EA and the dev team is still working on it.

This is ludicrous. This post is 3 weeks old and still not resolved. The listing on the in game store clearly states “and Vol. 9 premium speed pass”. However, in the installed content, it’s nonexistent. False advertising???

@FZCOwen1 I don’t think they resolve this issue yet. Last 2 days they said already have another patch for this issue and suggested reinstalling the game. But issue still occurs.

@ForeverOnslaught Yea I saw someone having same issue and they bought Vol. 9 again but it’s still locked. Now they cannot get a refund from PSN unless EA clearly state that this issue cannot be solved.

same issue. im even in the same country as u.
tried reinstalling all dlcs, restoring licenses, restarting ps5 but nothing works.

Having the same issue. Contacted EA and PSN but nothing so far. I bought the Ultimate Collection upgrade on 21/12/24.
