Still having this error code FTCL5001 after the Vol.4 update 😔

@livinwithaliens7 don't worry same here but it's not as bad as before the update, I can get in consistently but there is still that chance of not loading, or even crashing the game, but I no longer get kicked from entering a garage, just a low chance of the game crashing

Update: Still getting error code FTCL5001, however, now it won't even load me into the online garage. It just pops up the error code and kicks me back offline to the homescreen.I am also starting to get the message that I need to be signed into my EA account, which I am signed in and my internet connection is good. And also if it doesn't do the previous things mentioned, once I click to go online, the "Connecting To EA Establishing Connection" just sets there and spins and never connects..I have tried every single troubleshooting advice that EA has told me to do and all advice from other EA members in the help threads...Platform: PS5 ID: livinwithaliens7

So, I have the same problem, but I think I might found the problem (kinda), at least for me. So, after trying all the troubleshooting posted here, chat with some EA people and checked another forums and websites, nothing worked. So, I went like, OK I can't play online because every single time I try to enter the garage I'm kicked back to the main menu and offline, I'm screwed. Initially I thought the problem was related to making any kind of bank, I was wrong, wasn't that. After trying different approaches and things, I think I might found the problem: Is really simple, having too many cars in both story and online. I just sold a few vehicles, and the error went away. So far so good, no more error message, I entered the online garage multiple times with no issues, and also restarted the game a couple of times, no issues either. Disclaimer: it worked for me, I can't guarantee that will work for any one else. The problem, again: SO FAR, went away after I went below 50 cars in story mode (currently 45) and 130 in online mode (currently128). I have no idea if both numbers adds up, or is a separate thing, but those numbers worked for me. Try it at your own risk. I just wanted to share what worked for me. I'm on Xbox series X. Cheers.

How is it this game broken on me just by playing it. It broke just by getting somewhere in it. It's like your not allowed to get far on it. Why aloud people to have stuff in a game just so it can brake on you. Now the game won't play at all. A waste of money. The more you do in the game the worse it gets. Its like the game is a illusion. They take your money and don't deliver. They robbed me. The game just broke on me. Vol 8 just started I got the add on play a few games then it stopped working.
- 2 years ago@braygul After all, you have to buy DLC, but they don’t care about you)
As a result, I could not stand this attitude while I waited 4 months while they will fix the problem with buying a car or logging into the game on the server, nothing has changed after the update. And I deleted the game. I won’t wait God knows how long... It’s impossible to play with such problems when I log into the game for 30-40 minutes....
And I'm not going to start from 0
