Need For Speed Unbound EA Play Rewards not working

Hey I just reinstalled Need For Speed Unbound on my XBOX recently and I noticed that for some reason I lost all my EA Play reward vehicles I had . I tried to see what the problem is but I can’t figure it out . The game says I don’t have EA play but the thing is I do . I even checked to see if maybe it went inactive but nope I still have my EA Play subscription but no reward vehicles . 

I’ve  already uninstalled the game 2 times to see if it’ll fix it but nope still having the same issue . 

Would really appreciate if I can get some help on this .
