NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"
Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

Are you getting an error message? Yes, every time I try to go online.
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Last week. And yes it’s still happening
Is anything else happening? Just error codes and not being able to go online.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: restarted app, deleted data, deleted and redownloaded game.
I hope someone from EA is actually reading this..After multiple attempts of trying everything...and I mean EVERYTHING, the only way I could get back online was to delete my save data from both console and cloud.I deleted game and reinstalled with a brand new save. I lost all of my cars and all of my money. I had 100% completion and everything unlocked and now I have to start all over again.I have dealt with error codes and all sorts of issues with this game for months and always stayed patient and hopeful that with each update these issues would be resolved.I love playing this game and I've even spent money to buy all of the add-ons I've put around 960+ hours into this game and to have all of that work and grinding I put in to unlock everything and build up my inventory just to have to delete it all.Im glad I'm now able to get back online and to not have the error codes anymore but it was at the cost of losing everything I worked for.

But that's really not nice @JudyRacing, it is, but when you don't even get a peep out of anybody form EA or Criterion, it gets on your nerves, remember how I said before Vol 4 droped that it should be fixed, well it did nothing, and most likely will be nothing done due to EA shifting MAJORITY OF CRITERION TO WORK ON FKN BATTLEFIELD, there is no way it's gonna get fixed when there is barely anyone left working on unbound, I feel like there won't be any more updates as well, unless there is one more up their sleeves...
I've had it with the game but I still wanna play it, but I feel like I can't no more
So for anyone who read my last reply, you seen that I deleted mynsave data completely, reinstalled the game and now starting from scratch. You also read that I was finally able to get online and no more error codes..right?Well, I get on this morning and was going to get into story mode to start grinding again to unlock everything...only to see that all of the DLC cars that I paid for with real money from the add-ons are all now missing parts and stripped from their wraps that came on them..story mode and in online....Are you serious!!

This also started happening for me on the PS5 today. This morning everything was still OK, and around 12.30 CET I wanted to play Unbound again, and the game started like an update, and right at the beginning all the parts that you already have were in the preview again, marked as new, and 1 car is missing, I don't know exactly which one, and parts of the DLC cars I bought are missing everywhere and the foil is gone on all cars. I don't know why EA can't fix this bug. - @livinwithaliens7
update to my previous post. The Taycan has disappeared. - @JudyRacing Same thing has happened to me..even after I deleted my entire save data, both console and cloud, the other day and restarted the game from scratch.My DLC cars loaded up and parts were missing and the pre-installed wraps were missing.Also just as you said, when the garage loads up, the cars were popping up in the preview as new..As far as the porsche taycan, I haven't unlocked it yet in my new game..but people in the Facebook group were having the same problem with it missing
