Update on my situation. I can now play the game with my original savefile and no issues about FTCL5001 are popping up anymore, however the fix is far from Ideal....
My fix? Upgraded to a Ryzen 9 7900, and installed the game on a Samsung M.2 980 Pro to read the savefile as fast as possible
load times are significantly shorter and by proxy the game avoids hanging in the middle of loading screens....
There has to be a better way to optimize the savefile reading
I also have the game on an M2 SSD, but it takes just as long to load as on a Sata SSD or HDD. In general, disk speed has no effect on loading. There is no option to update my PC. And would it be stupid for everyone with this problem to update their PC? And on consoles, how can we deal with the same problem?)

Like I said, not ideal at all, something has to be done, I was just updating the status of my game
But overall feels like it is a CPU usage issue more than anything else

That's right! It has long been clear that the root of the problem is in the characteristics of the computer, and clearly it's about the processor. It's just that the old processors meet the requirements of the game, and at the same time the game works with an error. Only the developers are to blame for this, they could say that only current and modern processors are needed, but they deceived the end user, and have not fixed the problem in any way for several years.

it's just a coincidence. Since on 1 more PC and 1 laptop I have exactly the same problem on my save
