Stuck on infinite loading screen after launch (ID_LEGAL_TEXT_TITLE_SCREEN)

 am trying to play Need for Speed Unbound on PC through Steam, but the game fails to progress properly after launching. When I open it, the initial screen appears with the rain animation and background music playing normally. After that, the EA, Criterion, and Frostbite logos are displayed, but instead of loading the main menu, a technical text appears on the screen saying “ID_LEGAL_TEXT_TITLE_SCREEN.”

After interacting (pressing any button), the game transitions into a loading screen that never progresses. It remains stuck indefinitely on the rain animation without displaying the menu or allowing access to the game. There are no explicit error messages or crashes, but the game stays in this state and cannot proceed further.
