NFS Unbound - error code "FTCL50001"
Trying to play online and I get the error code FTCL50001. Lobby could not be created

What happens when the bug occurs? Loading takes forever
What do you expect to see? Faster loading
1min 4sec to leave PvP lobby
1min 1sec to join a PvP lobby
1min 28sec to join Free Roam
1min 4sec to leave Free Roam
40sec to leave for title menu
25sec to join online
29sec to enter garage
5sec to leave garage(assume the right number)
I have verified integrity several times & uninstalled the game. Game is installed on my SSD, and I have plenty of space. I don't have this issue in any other games I play. It has been like this for as longs as I can remember.

When you have a moment can we see if the following help us?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

I've done 4 of these now;
1 - had no corruptions in cmd, I've installed a GPU update
2 - there is no where that I can repair my game in the EA App
3 - I've cleared cache
4 - No issues5 - I find no apps that are stopping the EA App or the game
Since I've done this, keep losing connection when trying to play the game. If I can get online and join free roam, having me be busted causes me to lose connection. I've just lost connection while getting in to my garage. The loading stays the same, possibly longer. I also reinstalled the game and verified integrity on steam, no issues there either. I can't play the game right now.

Thanks for the additional information!
If you are on Steam you won't be able to repair via the EA app, but I see you already tried verifying the games files.
To check do you get an error message when starting up, or when you get disconnected? If not would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
@hexiaFF5I dont have other ea games. have you tried other ea games to see if you can play online?
- @Fantazma800 I haven't tried other games from EA, and I haven't played Unbound since. No matter what I did it was of no use, so I'd rather have fun in other games.
- @Fantazma800 Starter playing again these past couple of games, and I have had no issues so far. Got my 30-40 fps that was lost back, and I haven't had any DC's. Maybe it'll work for you now.
thanks for the heads up. I tried logging in just now to see if i could go online. nope. i still can not go online on the pc. i just bought the legendary dlc and this sucks balls.
