Date when it happened: I don't remember, sometime between volume 5 and during volume 6. The Bug is sill ongoing.

Other bugs: Can't buy cars (it says purchase failed), Various Volume 2 rewards are locked after I completed the challenges (this is a different issue as it happened last year during volume 2)

So in this topic, there is a solution that several players  said up to 20 pages of this topic, maybe it will work for you, in short, if you are lucky and can go to the garage in multiplayer, sell a few cars, I have a limit of 85 cars, otherwise I won’t be able to get to the party server, I don’t know why, but probably some load on the server is due to the exceeded limit on the number of cars, you may have a different limit, therefore, sell those that you do not drive at all and do not need, and check if you can log on to the server after the sale, buy one car, and if after the purchase you cannot log on to the party server, then you have exceeded the limit on the number of cars, and should not exceed it remember what your limit is and don't buy any more cars, otherwise you won't be able to log in to the server. I say this because each player has his own limit on the number of cars and you should just try, but if it will not work for you, then I don’t know what can be done here, this is how it works for me personally, everything is individual for each player.
