Lost progress..

hey i wanted to play online like usual but when i launched game i had those tutorial first screens.. i still have my rank but zero progress on singleplayer and multiplayer also. Do you know anyone how to fix this?  thank you

    Hello KHANELESS​,

    Unfortunately, there's no way to recover lost progress through EA Support. You will need to start all over again.

    So all that grind for nothing? It’s second time this happend to me.  I’m sick of it..

    It's a pain, had this happen to me in almost every NFS game since NFS 2015. Unfortunately there is no way to return the save files (if you have not saved them somewhere).
