How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dunno, maybe find the spacific item that having trouble synchronizing 🤷🏽♂️
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime I boot up from the Main Menu. Error code: 40010000 is shown after proceeding to the garage an try to find an Online lobby Error code: FTJR2008 is shown both saying Contact Customer support.
What do you expect to see? Maybe a patch or info on how to resolve this problem.
I was playing yesterday prior to update but today its failed to synchronize im on PS5 im sure im not the only one having this problem..
Edit : I deleted the game an now downloading it again, hopefully this resolves with my old save still intact.
Edit : After redownloading the game its still giving me the same Error Code: 40010000. When I manage to load in sorta it gives me an Error Code: FTJR2008. I might just have to wait for a patch in my case bummer.

Hello I am currently having issues with NFS Unbound for the 1st time since launch. I was playing last night and when I updated to the Vol 2 today it kept giving me these error codes. I checked to see if there’s an outage on Xbox and everything is good. I did all the troubleshooting stuff and I am lost. I can’t play online. Can you please help give some pointers?
Once the game updated today on my PlayStation 5 I kept getting two error codes the first one is 40010000 when the game first loads up and then I get error code when trying to go online FTJR2008. This has never happened before I literally stream this game daily on twitch I need this fixed asap.please help
I have the same problem think its a bug its huge bummer really wanted to play this update play something for the time being I don't know when they're going to fix this but doesn't seem like they're very vocal about their update
@STR3AKYFROSTIt worked but I sold every car in my garage. Im not happy in the slightest but atleast the grind isnt as hard now. I had a lot of cash saved in those cars for anyone wondering I had 5m after sellin.

https://youtu.be/SPq0C9G6VCU listen to this guy he knows what he's talking about there's a bug in the game that's causing the game to not login because there's a car that's causing the bug you find that car you fix the bug and you can get back online I just fixed mine yesterday it only took 3 seconds and I was back online if if it's in the online mode only and you that's the only thing you've done then message me and I can tell you how to get past the online garage to fix it there's something in the garage that's causing the bug
This is beyond annoying now all went wrong since volume 2 release with same exact issue as @Eze_Aj_Steezy by tye way I’m on xbox

Can you attempt to log in again, and check for the error message again.
If you get it, can you post the error message and the time (with timezone) that you logged in?
