How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dunno, maybe find the spacific item that having trouble synchronizing 🤷🏽♂️
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime I boot up from the Main Menu. Error code: 40010000 is shown after proceeding to the garage an try to find an Online lobby Error code: FTJR2008 is shown both saying Contact Customer support.
What do you expect to see? Maybe a patch or info on how to resolve this problem.
I was playing yesterday prior to update but today its failed to synchronize im on PS5 im sure im not the only one having this problem..
Edit : I deleted the game an now downloading it again, hopefully this resolves with my old save still intact.
Edit : After redownloading the game its still giving me the same Error Code: 40010000. When I manage to load in sorta it gives me an Error Code: FTJR2008. I might just have to wait for a patch in my case bummer.

https://youtu.be/SPq0C9G6VCU listen to this guy he knows what he's talking about there's a bug in the game that's causing the game to not login because there's a car that's causing the bug you find that car you fix the bug and you can get back online I just fixed mine yesterday it only took 3 seconds and I was back online if if it's in the online mode only and you that's the only thing you've done then message me and I can tell you how to get past the online garage to fix it there's something in the garage that's causing the bug
