Everytime since the new Porsche update came out I haven’t been able to go online I keep getting two error codes I keep getting error FTJR2008 and Error code 40010000 I have tried everything please help me

@EA_David hello can you investigate my account as well? I'm having the same error code and have already deleted a couple of cars.
