NFS Unbound - Error codes 40010000 & FTJR2008 "Failed to create lobby”

When i try to load the NFS Unbound on the PS5, i get error 40010000: item synchronization failed, when i hit x to continue through, i can select between story and online mode. when i try to join online mode i get the error FTJR2008:item synchronization failed. this started right after the recent volume 3 update, and i havnt been able to play since it came out. ive tried to contact ea help twice with no help at all and was directed here, so someone, please HELP. i just want to play the game lol.
