Everytime since the new Porsche update came out I haven’t been able to go online I keep getting two error codes I keep getting error FTJR2008 and Error code 40010000 I have tried everything please help me

Summarize your bug My son bought the the Lotus Exige S Legendary Custom Pack for this game and ever since then the game has not worked properly. The cars appear with only the wheels chassis/doors. Most of the car is missing. The game plays but then with a bizarre half built car. If the online place is selected it wont load with error code FTJR2008. Is there a fix for this? If not do I need to remove the add on pack and if so, how do I get a refund on it?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase the add on pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? Half built car displayed on main screen and in story mode. Error code FTJR2008 for online game.
What do you expect to see? Fully built car. Full graphics. No error code......or in short the add on we purchased.
