I found a solution on Reddit which worked for me.
Log into the game, disconnect from the internet, reconnect, go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode, and then click to go back online. It should reinstall all the inventory correctly this time. At least, that's how I fixed it. Got the issue a few days ago and that's how it stopped.

I've been getting error code F03 when trying to load into a server online before being booted back to the main menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you found the solution bro?. Mine still waiting for EA support to reply, reinstalling doesn't help either.

Update : It seems the problems have been fixed (tried to use EA help chat before). But I am still confused what causing this problem to appear. I don't know if this was a server error or just a bug?

Note : This error make any activities failed, such as buying, sell, customize cars, joining online game. This error affecting story mode too (if connected to internet).
