NFS UNbound - Error F03 / FOD "Inventory could not be loaded"

My game closed, I reopened it and this error appears

I found a solution on Reddit which worked for me.
Log into the game, disconnect from the internet, reconnect, go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode, and then click to go back online. It should reinstall all the inventory correctly this time. At least, that's how I fixed it. Got the issue a few days ago and that's how it stopped.

I can’t buy anything in online mode and some of my dlc not loading in game.😢

Can we start by trying the following?

Verify you signed into your PSN account
Check for updates
Restore Licence
Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Open your PS5 NAT Type
Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

  Hi @Kori_1438, did you purchase a copy of NFS Unbound, Gameshare, or access it via a service like EA Play?

Hi @EA_Illium, im also having this problem were i cant access online and story mode progress is frozen. Error code F03 appears whenever i load up online. My items from dlc arent loading too.

  @Rhyker_1 I forgot to add that i can’t customize any of my vehicles too, they’re in a frozen state of some sort.

    @Rhyker_1 I fixed it! I just deleted all of the dlc, loaded the game stock, joined an online session and just downloaded all dlc one by one, and after each download I would go back to game to make sure that it processed.

  Same when I play story mode I can’t make any money when I try and play online I’m hit with a fo3 error code
