- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

Errors (FTCL5001 and F03)
Hi, I've bought the premium passes since the 6th and now that I buy the ultimate upgrade two days later I get two error codes the FTCL5001 was first, restore my console, delete player data, restore my modem to factory settings and reinstall the game. I use 5Ghz Internet and 60 MB down and now I can no longer access the online mode nor can I sell any vehicle either individually or online.
Help, I've invested a lot of time and money in this game please don't abandon me.
