My game closed, I reopened it and this error appears
I found a solution on Reddit which worked for me.
Log into the game, disconnect from the internet, reconnect, go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode, and then click to go back online. It should reinstall all the inventory correctly this time. At least, that's how I fixed it. Got the issue a few days ago and that's how it stopped.
To everyone experiencing Error Code F03, Check if this works, It did for me.
The same thing is happening to me on ps5 it’s loading my cars but not the characters and pops up error code f03 when I try to play anyway to fix it

PS5 user with over 1,000 hours gameplay, over 100 cars & about £70 million, and by disconnecting from the network whilst the game was loaded up and then re-connecting straight away, it re-installed & sync’d everything properly and I haven’t lost a thing!! Just have to go and re-apply a few vanity items, projections e.t.c.
Has anyone helped u figure this out yet or no? I just redownloaded the game for the new update and it doesn’t work for me it used to work before the update
So I have done some testing on xbox series s by uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and all the DLC. Here is what i did and what i found out.
1. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled just the base game, no DLC. Online Worked
2. I downloaded each DLC one by one, each time launching the game to see if the online was still working after each download.
3. Several DLC caused the FO3 error to appear
Primum speed pass Vol 6-9
Vol 7 Dynamic Catch-up Pack
It would seem these specific DLCs are in some way broken or bugged. I suggest uninstalling them and then try to log in to the game and access online.
Note: Cop Garage will not be accessable online. Trying to use the Cop Garage will freeze or lock the game and you will have to close and restart the game.
