Now I getting a Sync fail
Hello, having this on XBOX SX
It could be probably caused by first launching the game after a patch. I had got electricity blackout when inventory was syncing
And after that, the issue persisted for more than a month
Tried to reinstall, but deleted the game completely
Heard about the new patch. Tried to install it once more from scratch. The issue still persists.The game still drops the error that the connection is failed after failing to synchronize the same inventory number:

Don't wanna lose progress in single-player, but wanted to try multiplayer a lot

I have this same isue ive tried everything to fix it and ive brought it down to it being a save isue cause the game would work fine when removing my original file and letting the game make a new one that erases ur progress tho. so i thought i could get my save thats been synced to the cloud it would fix the isue but im not sure how to do that. on pc btw
i need help I don't want to have to delete my save process and start all over again this already happened to me .I don't need this again any help?

Could we start by trying the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

i have tried all these things they hav'nt worked but 'ive been playing for the past few days on a new save thats been working just fine. but i do need my old save back i do have the old save but whenever i put it back into the save folder the game will give me error code fod but the 2nd save just boots into the game no problem .
I have exactly the same issue, even live support can't help on this issue. It's really weird how a save game file it's being ruined because of game updates. I didn't played the game for more than half a year and this happens...

- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

When i launch the game it loads into the game i click to play it gives me error code f0d could not load your inventory.
it doesnt seem to change when i change my pc accounts.
im on wired connection
