Can we start by trying the following?
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Hi there. I've been having the same issue all night. Plus I bought the premium speed pass and I haven't received any of the content for it...no cars or anything...in saying that, I've played up to level 19 in the speed pass.
Platform: PS5

Error message : inventory could not be loaded.(FO3/FD3)
Network: wireless, hotspot

yes im still having this issue.
I only use a PlayStation 5 so I’m guessing yes

Yes this is still happening with my main save on all accounts on my device.
but ive been playing using another save but whenever i try to use the old, main one it gives the error still

Hi @Trigenpi, Wanted to confirm if this is still happening? To confirm you get the same message on any account that uses the device? platform: Pc

When i launch the game it loads into the game i click to play it gives me error code f0d could not load your inventory.
it doesnt seem to change when i change my pc accounts.
im on wired connection

If you are still seeing this issue please let us know the following?
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I have exactly the same issue, even live support can't help on this issue. It's really weird how a save game file it's being ruined because of game updates. I didn't played the game for more than half a year and this happens...
