My game closed, I reopened it and this error appears
I found a solution on Reddit which worked for me.
Log into the game, disconnect from the internet, reconnect, go back to Unbound and make sure it's in offline mode, and then click to go back online. It should reinstall all the inventory correctly this time. At least, that's how I fixed it. Got the issue a few days ago and that's how it stopped.
Do you know if this happens on any other account?
My brother account working normally.

To EA_Illium. Not quite sure what you mean ? I own the disc version and have ps plus subscription. Also it randomly fixes it self then the next time I log in it will have the same issue. Also have had a couple different issues witch I will attach screen shots of
