NFS Unbound - Error "You must be signed into your EA account..."

HI @Starsimsss To confirm are you getting the same error as @livinwithaliens7?

If not can you try going through the following steps?

  • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
  • Verify you signed into your PSN account
  • Check for updates 
  • Restore Licence
  • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  • Open your PS5 NAT Type
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
  • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

If you continue running into issues connecting online, please let us know the following:

Are you getting an error message?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

    Looks like the only temporary fix for us at this time is us deleting cars just to get online.I have currently 101 online cars , 2 story mode cars and maybe a total of 15 to 20 wraps.Even having that amount in my garage, I'm still having to delete a car every time I want to get online.Is there any update on whether we are going to get a permanent fix to where we don't have to delete cars and wraps just to get online?And if so, what's the guesstimate time frame?Even with these problems occurring, I'm still spending money on the DLC's in the game and I absolutely love playing this game when I'm able to.Please EA help us out!!!

    @EA_IlliumConnecting to EA just keeps loading and loading....the green bar goes completely out of the screen...

      @livinwithaliens7 I have this problem more than 3 months. Now February, this problem not solved. Please help and fix this, Criterion!

        @chromiuuum Did you try deleting some of your cars and wraps in story mode to see if you can get online?

    hi, i play on PC and suddenly i can't play too and it almost 2 weeks that i cannot going online while i play other game i can play as usual

    any solution why

    I've tried the steps above with no luck.

    I purchased a 1 yr membership just for this game.

    Any tips on how to access online?
