I've been having this problem right from the moment I bought the game on steam. i have NEVER been able to get online because i can't connect to the server. Even with the EA app open and signed in, it still doesn't help. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!
I'm having problems entering servers in Lakeshore Online, once I get in the garage and to find a server it's forcing me offline please help with issue.
I cannot connect to EA account after I confirm the my household network is normal.
I am experiencing significant issues connecting to the servers. Despite trying all the suggested troubleshooting options below, I am still unable to play with my friends. This problem is unique to this game, as I have no issues with any other games. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, deleted all saved files and game files, and even disabled my firewall, but nothing has worked. At this point, I am out of options and very disappointed that I cannot play this game online.
Can we try the following steps?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Since there is apparently no way to contact EA Support.
