Summarize your bug For awhile now, I have been unable to equip any items or change my cars in any way in online, as when I try to select an item on a car, it either comes up with "Purchase Failed", or just reverts back to whatever it was before when I back out of the menu. I was hoping that Vol .4 would resolve this issue, but it has not. This makes it entirely pointless to play online which is very disappointing, as I loved this game before. I spent a lot of time on the cars in my garage and now I cannot change them at all.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into online, and try to change any part on any car.
What happens when the bug occurs? When selecting any item on a car, an error will pop up that says "purchase failed", or it will look like it equipped, but reverts back to what it was before after leaving the menu.
What do you expect to see? The ability to customize my cars again. Please help I'm so sad. I loved this game.
