NFS Unbound - Purchase Failed error when buying cars

Hi Everyone, 

I wanted to confirm if anyone is still running into getting the message "purchase failed" while playing NFS Unbound. 

If so, please let us know the following:

 

  • Platform:
  • PSN ID/Gamertag:
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Which modes does this happen in?
  • Does this happen to any other account on the device?
  • How long are you playing until this happens?
  • Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
  • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
  • Is anything else happening?
  • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

Same issue here.

  • Platform: PlayStation 5
  • PSN ID/Gamertag: K-Dawg1199
  • Are you getting an error message?: Purchase Failed
  • Which modes does this happen in?: In Single Player and Multiplayer
  • Does this happen to any other account on the device? Don’t know
  • How long are you playing until this happens? Happens upon loading game
  • Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?: Internal Storage
  • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot): Wireless
  • Is anything else happening?: I currently can’t get into an online lobby before I’m kicked offline
  • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Restarting console, Restarting game, and selling cars with value of $0

    Hi @K-Dawg41199, To confirm you get the error message "Purchase Failed" when trying to load into an online lobby?

      I’m getting the purchased failed for new cars in both single player and multiplayer.

      Yes in both single player and and multiplayer I’m unable to buy new cars this has been a problem since late in Vol.3 and it is now Vol.5 please for the love of all things good fix it!!!

    The only reason why this is happening because you have too many cars purchased inside your garage slots. It’s probably capped out in the game can’t registry it. That’s why the game keeps on crashing.

      my only response to that would be that the amount of cars owned by the above stated complaints have different amounts among them, so it couldnt be a hard cap in came.
