The Vol. 7 game update has been released, I still have the lobby creation error FTCL 5001, and I can’t buy a car... 

despite the fact that my friends are doing great, they even have twice as many cars as me

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a bug I encountered in Need for Speed Unbound. While attempting to purchase a car within the game, the purchase failed, and I was unable to complete the purchase. Below are the details of the issue:

  • Game Version: current season and season 6 I have encountered this bug
  • Platform: Pc Steam/Ea
  • Any car within the online multiplier
  • story mode is not affected by this bug

    same issue on pc except story mode effected, cant purchase any car at all.
