Thanks for reaching out to the community on Answers HQ and letting us know what you are running into with Unbound.
When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

Still not working. Turned off everything except basic windows stuff. Also reinstalled the game in a different drive
