NFS Unbound doesn't open

Are you serious can we get a real response on why our games aren't opening, EA is the biggest joke a video game company and somehow people are still buying your products and somehow using your servers. NFS unbound is unplayable for some people and all I've found for an answer is a refund so that's what I'm going to do is get my money back because this game, this company and it's features are a joke. A joke that somehow isn't even close to funny, you're a disappointment to us all EA and hopefully you get it together.

Get your refund? EA is a hot mess and isn't even worth your time, did you ever find a solution because it's still an issue a month later 

NFS Unbound. Now It's Unplayable at all. In the Past There was crashing more often and I tried to fix everything through YouTube and Stuff. But now I tried to re-install the game and the launcher to fix the crash for good. Though, I can’t play the game anymore. Because it keeps crashing whenever I tried to play Story mode or online (It is not Playable at all). Please Help me I want to play the game probably

Which platform are you playing on?

Are you seeing any error messages when the game crashes, and do you happen to have any screenshots of the situation? 

PC. And No there is no Error message. Though I will attached all the crash dumps folder from the game's Directory. Kindly Check within. Ops The folder Is to large even after I Compressed it. Then I will send the last few dumps files If Applicable.

As you're playing on PC, can you grab your DxDiag file and attach that when you have a chance?

Here you Go. But Please don't Tell me my "CPU" specs. Doesn't match with the minimum Requirements. Because I had been Played this game for more than 24 hours of play time. If this is the case please let your Developers Dept. to update a patch to be playable (Like Cyberpunk 2077). GOD! Please!?

The minimum requirements for the CPU is Core-i5 8 series and I have got the 6 series. Though In our country region the "Core i5 CPU" Cost more than 225$. Though, I wish that EA can manage to deal with a lower specs (again like what they did with Cyber punk 2077). And I knew for a fact that I can't make a refund because I already played the game though. If there is a way to get a Re-fund. Please let me know.

As you've suspected here, it does indeed look like your CPU is below even the minimum required specs and is likely what's contributing to these crashes.

While you may have been able to get the game running previously, unfortunately that's not something we can guarantee or troubleshoot further if your system does not meet the minimum specs.

If this was purchased through Origin or the EA app, you can contact support directly to see if they have any other options available to refund a purchase where the system requirements are not met. They may need to just see this same type of DxDiag file to verify, but it would be best to reach out directly to check what options they may have. 

If this was purchased through another storefront for PC, you would need to reach out there instead, though I'd still recommend letting them know your system does not meet the system requirements.
