NFS Unbound don't get car after a win in race

Finished race 1st in win a car race and hope to get a Ford Mustang foxbody. But can't find it in the garage.

Did I get scammed?
I bought the Vol. 8 Dynamic catch up pack but when I went to the garage to use it, there was nothing. So I waited 12 hours to see if it takes some time but still I can't see the car. Please help ASAP...
