I have tried all the steps, but I could not reach a solution. I had a live chat with EA Help for nearly 40 minutes, and they couldn’t solve my issue either. They told me this would be considered a bug, and I was instructed to submit a report here. Believe me, I have repeated the steps you mentioned three times, but to no avail. As players, all we want is to enjoy the game we paid for without encountering such problems. I kindly request that my message be reviewed in more detail and that the issue be investigated by the relevant authorities.
