NFS Unbound Error Code 6 & Error Code 9: "Unable to save file"

All of my cars are loading up without the wraps I designed on them.When I go to re-add the wrap for each car, I get an error saying "Unable to save file.Your progress will not be stored.Please check ...

Hi, I recently received an error code 9 during a race. At the same time my in game name changed to something else on my friend's screen. After restarting the game and console all my progress was lost. I hope it's possible to resolve the issue.
