NFS Unbound Error Code 6 & Error Code 9: "Unable to save file"

All of my cars are loading up without the wraps I designed on them.When I go to re-add the wrap for each car, I get an error saying "Unable to save file.Your progress will not be stored.Please check ...

PS 5 NFS Unbound Error Code 9. Can not save progress. 

mostly appears when trying to save wraps and performance upgrades. Happens 100% of the time. Have not been able to progress for over a month now.

@Jimmyfendz Have u gotten any type of fox from anyone? This just started happening to me and it’s annoying. Also tried everything u listed.
