Hi Everyone,
If you are running into Error code 6 would it be possible to get the following information?
- Which platform are you on? (Device or client)
- What is your EA ID, PSN ID, or Gamertag?
- Are you in Story mode or Multiplayer?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen when editing a car or leaving the garage?
- Can you think of any other info that might be helpful?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

- livinwithaliens72 years agoRising Scout@metz2147 You probably don't wanna hear my answer..but I was still getting error code 6 and 9...also error codes FTJR2008, and FTCL5001 ...then ultimately to the point where I couldn't even get online again.Ended up deleting my save data from both console and cloud and starting the entire game over from scratch...Wish I had a better reply for ya..but I would just keep trying to contact EA to hopefully resolve your problem and let what I did be your absolute last resort

Summarize your bug I'm still getting error code 6 and losing my designs, actually it removes them and I j Have to add them back. It has something to do with having the full 100, and /or sharing to many. I only get this when I get close to 100 designs or if I share o er 20. Also when I get this code I sometimes lose extra engines or vanity's I bought. Can they not fix this. Also why only 100 designs allowed when there are more than 100 cars?
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

What do you expect to see? A working game . Shouldn't still be having issues after it's been out this long , it's on vol 5 and still having same error code since release?
Error code 6 I described what's going on above has been happening since release and I know many others experience the same issue.

Be happy that you can have 100 cars. I currently have 73 cars and can have a maximum of 75 cars. I buy a 76. Car I have problems logging in online, and my wraps can no longer be saved, and I have wraps 59. And everything on the PS5 too. It varies so much per gamer, you wouldn't believe it, my friend has 125 cars and 79 wraps and no problems, for him the problems start with the 126th car. Why are there these differences? @JudyRacing @m not sure, it's very strange , I know many with the similar problem as far as losing wraps when reaching a certain amount, it seems like their servers can't handle all the data? But I have not a clue. I own 147 cars or however many is available to buy I think it's 147, not counting the legendary cars, I can do my own builds but I sometimes lose those with my wraps, it's very irritating this far along in the game and still the same problem, mine has stopped showing error code ,but it still does the same thing. Anytime I return to the garage it logs me out Instead. It takes no less than. 3 attempts to join a lobby,

Are you getting an error message? Yes, on cars bought after getti g the firat message. On older cars the wrap is still on, newer cars not.
Date this issue started (is it still happening?) About 3 weeks ago i guess (laat couple days of vol 4 update)
Is anything else happening? It happened also in the start of volumr 4, and after a couple weeks, the game crashed, and somehow the error code didnt reappare. Then as mentioned, again.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: desyncong from cloud and resyncing. removing all the wraps and reapplying them. Deleting and reinstalling the game.

- livinwithaliens72 years agoRising Scout@jonasstive Did you try saving to the cloud..then make sure auto save is turned off, then delete console save data.Start a new game from scratch, then close the game.Go to the console main menu and go over to the Unbound icon and click on download save data from cloud.Start up the game again and all of your stuff should be back.on there.If you still get the error code 6 or 9, then rinse and repeat those steps again.If after several attempts that doesn't work, then unfortunately you may have to do what I did and delete the save data from both console and cloud and start over from scratch....OR you can keep reaching out to EA until you get a fix.
I don't know how to do this, I just bought the game and it appeared like this.
