nfs unbound error code f03

I need help with this error code f03 ive deleted save files ive done all i can. I noticed when i redownload need for speed unbound without downloading the add-ons the game loads up with no problem but its no fair ive wasted so much time effort and money for this problem to happen so please EA some help.
