I had this Error too and had no Hope on playing again. I read a lot of fixes that i tried and didnt work. but i have found a Solution.1. Start Unbound2. Go to Singleplayer3. Disconnect Internet4. Sell all the DLC Cars in Singleplayer that got added through Ultimate Edition5. Reconnect your Internet6. Go Back to Main Menu and try to Connect to EA Servers7. If you get an Error restart the Game8. Try to Hop on Lakeshore Online and find a GameThis Fixed it for me and i couldnt care less for Singleplayer since i already Finished it!

After buy the ultimate pack I can no

longer get onto online mode or even buy, sell or edit in single player mode

I had this Error too and had no Hope on playing again. I read a lot of fixes that i tried and didnt work. but i have found a Solution.

2. Go to Singleplayer
3. Disconnect Internet
4. Sell all the DLC Cars in Singleplayer that got added through Ultimate Edition
5. Reconnect your Internet
6. Go Back to Main Menu and try to Connect to EA Servers
7. If you get an Error restart the Game
8. Try to Hop on Lakeshore Online and find a Game
This Fixed it for me and i couldnt care less for Singleplayer since i already Finished it!

I was going to rage about how nothing in this game worked until I stumbled into something. I'd like to preface that before I bought the pack, I collected all the blacklist cars and was rewarded the BMW M3 GTR LE for the troubles, after buying the back, I lose it and the game broke at that point.
What ended up fixing my problem was the following sequence.
go offline, go story mode, pause menu, go online, leave story mode, go online mode.
The BMW M3 GTR LE returned, and I can now go on freedom without F03.
I hope this helps someone.

This does not work for PC players, it seems this only works for console players with save data in the cloud. On PC it saves locally and no way to remove the car from your inventory so the game will never have the chance to go online.. ea is yet to comment on this and continue to keep the upgrade pack available for purchase knowing its corrupting people’s save files. Nasty work.
