NFS Unbound Freezing then Crashing after ~15 minutes of gameplay

Been looking through all the forums on here and have done troubleshooting for about a week and a half now. My game is reliably freezing and crashing every single time I play for the past couple of weeks since an update on Vol 9. I've tried every solution I can find and have yet to fix this issue. I just bought the season pass, so this is a big bummer.

I'd really appreciate some help.
