NFS Unbound Game Progress disappeared

Just lost 1037 hours of gameplay on NFS Unbound both online and story mode (full reset), but I still have all my Data, achievements and stats saved on my Xbox account. How do I get that back for gameplay?

Thanks for confirming, that message was mentioned in our update here.

This pops up when the game attempts to auto-save and encounters an issue, as mentioned in our post you will want to:

If you have encountered this message your progress is not saved nor will it be for this session. Please manually close the game app, turn on your engines and continue playing your progression prior to the previous session.

Once you restart the game you should pick up from your last saved point and can play from there, with you just missing the latest auto-save attempted that encountered the error.

If you get another message about the save being corrupted that means the save file its become corrupted in which case we would not be able to recover progress.

so i used to play nfs unbound by the ea play sub and now i decided to buy the game but i was surprised because my saved data was completly lost all the items and levels everything ! even my achievements on the ea app.. but my playtime, why is that ? and im sure that i bought it on the account i used to play..

I just lost all my cars, character, and story mode progress. Still have my online rank and money and season 3 catch up pack stuff I literally just bought. But everything is gone. Unless I get my stuff back i officially have to stop plying this game. Very sad. Only game I play and been playing since launch. I guess it was fun while it lasted because I don’t want to regrind. And for that season 3 pack, I guess I’ll take that $10.80 loss because im not even playing anymore.

I have been trying to find out how to get in touch with EA support but no matter what I do i cannot find any options. I'm curently unable to play NFS:Unbound because every time i load into the game i get an error code that says unable to load data and because of that i cannot play the game/ load it.

After 8 months of playing the game and I did a way too far progress specially in the online mode I lost everything even my online progress like it got reseted like EA what a hell is that your servers are not synchronizing at all and not even save anything I just installed a fresh copy of windows. after that everything is gone ! this game is not worth to buy at all where's my cars and money I spent time to get them now all is gone !
