NFS Unbound Item Sync Error 0013080F PS5

I haven't been able to play online once since the game (Palace Edition) released. I get error 0013080F, "Item Synchronization Failed" when the game initially loads up, and error FTJR2008 when I click on Lakeshore Online. I've seen solutions for PC but nothing yet for PS5.
@agoelz I’m having the same issue, have posted here, reddit and contacted support - nobody cares and nobody will respond mate. Good luck.

I think what David means is you can perform a similar process on PS5:
- Manually back up your save onto a USB key/drive.
- Delete your save stored on your console
- Start game as if it were your first play
- Exit game and restore your manually backed up save onto the console
- Start game again checking if issue is resolved.

@EA_Barry Hey man, your walk around sounds cool, but PS5 players cannot copy the save straight to the USB DRIVE. The only way to do it is upload to the cloud, but it cost the players the month PS+ membership. It isnt a good way to fix it, in a fact we are not sure if its gonna work.. So yeah, please fix it..
One bypass I found is to ask any of your friends playing the NFS UNBOUND to invite you to the group, and then ask the friend to find the game. That will bring us to the Multiplayer but it doesnt fix the problem..

If you wanna play online with friends the best way is to allow your friends to invite you.
unfortunately there’s no fix from what I’ve seen just yet neither. A complete bummer.
