Community Admin@K4Rm4-EVENT Do you have the option to reinstall to another hard drive/SSD, ideally your main one used for your Windows install?
I know it's not always possible depending on PC config, but it might be worth a shot if possible.

@EA_David I FORMATTED THE PC AND STILL DOESNT WORK BECAUSE YOU WONT LET ME DELETE MY SAVES IN EA APP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!
I had this problem and it was driving me crazy. I tried everything only to finally realise it wasnt the game or my pc but my network. I tweaked the router and opened some ports and it worked
