@Torterratronmake sure to copy the NFS Unbound folder from My Documents. After that, enter the folder and delete the cache folder. Run the game now. It should work.

Thank you very much for the suggestion, however I had already tried that before and did not work.
As mentioned in my original message, I have pretty much exhausted all of the troubleshooting solutions that were suggested before and nothing has worked.
Either EA or NVIDIA broke the game for some systems with their latest update and haven't bothered to fix it.
Either way, I am not happy with it and will request a refund.
