NFS Unbound performance decline after updating to VOL 7

For the whole time I've been playing Unbound(~200 hours), I had issue with 100% CPU load. And in recent time, the situation, in some way unknown to me, got worse. The game runs at 30 FPS on LOWEST graphics, CPU gets to 100% and GPU only 20-30%. NFS Heat "fix" doesn't work at all.

(CPU — Intel i5 11400H, GPU — RTX 3050 laptop)

    @LagMachine01 The game is broken since the latest update. Constant crashes and alot of cpu usage
