I have over 60 hours put in this game. I went not even 3 days without playing. I logged on today; April 10,2024 and ALL my stuff is gone except my season pass stuff and my Rank. ALL my Online, Story progress, and cars are gone. It wants me to start from scratch. Sadly, might just delete this game because I am for sure not regrinding unless theres a fix. But from what Ive read, theres nothing. Truly unfortunate, all that time spent just to get all my progress whiped.

Hey @xSolomonSyNz If you should still have the save files we can try the following steps to troubleshoot the game itself to see if it's corrupted or having some additional issue with reading the save files. Spoiler (Highlight to read) Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) Verify the game in via your Steam library Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) Verify the game in via your Steam library Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again. If the files are no longer on your device, we can see if you can grab any files that were captured by OneDrive but if not the game saves are stored locally and we would be unable to download them from anyone else. Hi @xSolomonSyNz, Which platform do you play on?

Also do you remember if you received an error about progress being unable to save or your save becoming corrupted?

Im on PC and no i didnt get a code error or save error or anything. I logged on and it started the game like ive never played it before. All my stuff is gone except my season pass earnings ans rank. I even Uninstalled then reinstalled the game and still the same issue. Quite unfortunate. Really liked the game.

I believe I do. But I deleted the game 2 or 3 times now and re-installed, everything is still gone. I doesnt seem I have the files on my PC anymore. They might be on my OneDrive. What do i do IF i do have these files or find them? I have pretty much already given up on solutions and just dropping the game fully.

Hi. my save files are corrupted because a fresh start works fine but my progress save doesnt work it keeps going offline . it started with me not getting the money earned in day or a night session. and too many loading screens specially when trying to connect . ea connect normal even nfs 15 works fine. BOTH ARE STEAM GAMES .

Hi @Zid19-DZA, To confirm a new save you play works normally but your older save no longer keeps progress? Also do you get a message when you go offline or what happens?

For saving issues, can you try the steps I shared with xSolomonSyNz as well?
