NFS UNBOUND PURCHASE FAILED

Every thing I try to purchase ends up being failed... This happened right after I installed the Ultimate Vol 9 DLC .. The $14.99 version.. 

I uninstalled the game itself and to no avail.. The NFS unbound also started making my Xbox series X get really hot 🥵 for no reason... I can be adding vinyl wrap and the game gets super hot... I Air Canned it out and vacuum all dust,,, and still it's the only game that does this...
