NFS unbound saved but only partly

I was playing NFS unbound when I upgraded my mustang a whole bunch. I play for a few more days and then later, i go to a different computer, log into the EA app, download NFS unbound, and go to my save, where my mustang is stock, but i still own it. Has this happened to anyone else?
