    If you are missing paid content, then you should talk to EA support. Support might be able to assist you with the issue.

Hi,

All forms of purchasable money/credits only applies to the online (multiplayer) mode. That's why they do not show up after you finish the tutorial as they're not available in story mode (single player).

DLC and purchased vehicles should be available in the garage in story mode however, though selling these will only give you $0 in-game. All other content such as clothing, vanity items, driving effects should be available in story mode.

Some items might not show up before finishing the entire prologue chapter and starting week 1. However as mentioned, purchased money/credits only apply to online (multiplayer) mode.
