@5e5cc931a8bfcffd can you run the game and launcher as admin and see if that helps.

  I've tried to run them both as admin. I've tried to launch from the Nvidia app. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall many times. Tried repairing the files. Tried to delete the Dx12***** in the shaderchace file. I updated all of my drivers including chipset. Still will not launch!
